major changes to my diet were made in last three weeks. I eliminated alcohol completely, significantly cut back on microwave and preserved food, and added fresh fruit to snacks and deserts. in addition, I started using the elliptical on a more frequent basis. Tomorrow I start back with the weight training.
183.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
