Small plates and take half of restaurant dinner home. That method has lost me 50 pounds in a year with no other changes to my lifestyle, though I know I need to exercise more
129.5 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
