definitely needed to get back on track today. slipping into old pattern of eating at night. did have IC for dessert, but only one tonic (very thirsty) and cup o' tea. did elliptical yesterday and today. weight has been creeping up. need to keep it under 130, preferably 127.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 46.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
