Usually don't add my slight weight gain when fluctuations with my cycle. Been going without phentermine. Manage to stay on my planned meals that I put on fs. Couple days ago had what felt like low bs. Walked 7 miles that day I had to eat a small candy bar that helped to clear my head. That was around 10pm. Usually in bed by then but had to drive my son somewhere. Last time I had eaten was around 6pm. Other than that been feeling great.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
