Steady weigh in. This is good. I will admit, if I'm looking to lose pounds, I'm doing it wrong. I may be 220 right now but I don't think I look it.
In light of my job loss as well, I feel that I've stuck to my diet very well (minus the pizza I had the other day ;) ). I just have to remember that only my 8 hrs a day has changed, very little else has to.
Another thought, I was thinking about starting a blog or something to chronicle my job loss period. My therapist thought that it might be a good idea since I have to stop seeing him for insurance reasons. Maybe others can relate to what I'm feeling. Though this might be a fleeting thought.
