Ancient Scheme Day 2 of Week #18 weigh-in. Very interesting weight drop for Week #17. The total calorie numbers for the week do not equate to that type of weight loss. Noticeable water loss the last 3.5 days leading up to tonight's workout. All workouts this week have been as good or better in terms of strength and endurance during this 17 week Ancient Scheme.

I must also note that I have not done any cardio-based workouts during the duration of this Ancient Scheme through 17 weeks. All workouts have been anaerobic-based weight training workouts.
