Char Gets Thin's Journal, 22 October 2015

I switched up the 5/2 plan to my own 1/2 plan. One day fasting, 2 days of eating normally, but healthy. Rinse and repeat. And it's working very well. :-)
160.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.5 lb a week
