No weight loss lots of walking last few days. Adding muscle and bloat with period. No meds only asa. Going to just walk Finn Jif is a headache. Not worried about weight.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
