Char Gets Thin's Journal, 01 October 2015

I'm doing great now, I kind of stalled for a while, see sawing between the same 10 pounds for months. So I decided to shake it up and started with the 5/2 plan, which is intermittent fasting. It's working wonderfully, I'll probably stay with this for a long time. ;-)
161.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

What is 5/2 fasting? I am going up and down 2-4 pounds, basically on some level for 6 month now,on 1000 cal/day. Very frustrating. Any new information welcome. I am on very low carb and diabetic. Thanks in advance
