Period sandwich for brkfst wanted 2 but stopped after I had to enter the 350 calories. Packing salad and sandwiches. My Friday half phent
208.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
