No phent today. Not craving not hungry. Waking up early to work from home. Making big brkfst for Rod. They lost all 3 games but much better in third with 4 runs. Finn stayed with Emma he was good. He was very gentle with little kids today. Just rough with dogs when playing.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
