slimfast now has a high protein shake, 20 g protein, only 4 carbs, 180 cals; also good is power crunch protein bars, 13g protein, 9g carbs, 205 cals.
170.4 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 170.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
