Hi Everyone! :)
"I have a recommendation :)...Don't eat at a AUCE Chinese Restaurant." I gained weight after eating there! oh well! I will continue to watch what I eat, and stay healthy! I can see why it is important to do my weekly weigh in, count my calories, and journal. This helps me stay accountable!
