4 days post baby. Time to get back down. 14 lbs to go
153.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congrats!! If you're nursing that weight will probably fall off pretty quick and easy. Breastfeeding burns a LOT of calories.
