been really good past couple of days. yoga & elliptical. did weight loss yoga this morning, hubby had dentist appt, let the dogs out & played fetch with Boo, grocery shopping at BJ's, shared a Clif bar with hubby, ate an 11 natural ribeye steak when we got home & small salad.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
