ate one of my old favorites for breakfast: egg crepes 2 tbsp heavy cream, 2 LG eggs, 1 tsp lt olive oil. filled both crepes with 2 tbsp whole milk ricotta, one strawberry thinly sliced, drizzle with honey & tri-fold. very low carb & packed with protein.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 177.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
