Off to a good start. Not logging food, but I know how much I can eat. Small frequent meals. No snacking at night. That's my biggest downfall, snacking at night. I keep gum handy to curb the need to chew or snack.
181.2 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 181.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 8.4 lb a week
