So I froze my GoodLife ultimate membership until Mother’s Day and decided to just play badminton. 🏸 😃 Is this a good idea? The weather is beautiful and I want to change up my routine.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Any activity that keeps you moving a bit is great. And being out in the sunshine makes it even better. Nothing wrong with that plan in my opinion!

It doesn’t always have to be gym. Any activities that is more interesting to you and keep you motivated and engaged matters a lot. If you keep moving that’s what matters most.
