Wednesday weigh-in: Down 2.5 😊 and I finally had a negative Covid test yesterday. I believe upping my calories from 1200 to 1400 helped my progress. I was reading an article yesterday about that very subject; it caught my eye because the headline was, "Is 1200 Calories a Day Enough?" I don't think it was for me but I think it is also because I have been hitting my macros every day. I am blessed to be retired and able to have the time required for detailed meal planning and cooking. I am finally over halfway to my goal and at my lowest weight for a long time❣️

The old wives‘ tale is incorrect. Feed a cold, feed a fever. Your immune system needs energy to fight off intruders. 💪💪

what sk.17 said. we are all different. different and the same. once your emotions about food are allowed and understood, you can then trust your body to tell you what it needs. 💙 so happy for you!
