Starting today I'm changing a whole lot up! Only allowing my self to eat thoughtfully n whole foods only ....this constant stall lately is driving me nuts it's been going on since before Xmas. Adding in some new workouts and everything to see if this darn scale will budge for the last 7.8 lbs I want them gone before summer. Still looking for decent arm workouts but haven't really found any that help for toning the way I was hoping they would. With that said I'm happy I've lost 43.3 lbs so far but just want the last little bit gone. Hope every has a great start to the week and let's get these goals!!!!
137.8 lb Lost so far: 43.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Amazing work so far Erin! I think I need to take a step in this direction as well. I’ve been stalled too, and part of it was maintaining when I hit my target weight, but I’ve adjusted it for 5lb more loss, and can’t seem to get it moving in the right direction consistently.

The closer you get to your target weight the harder it becomes to loose it. You're on the right track....mix it up. Inject foods and activities at different times maybe. It'll confuse your metabolism. You look great, and congratulations on your weight loss so far.

Hi Erin - I know the last leg can be the toughest, your perseverance will pay off. Couple of things that helped my plateau in case you haven’t tried: 100 gr+ protein/day kicked me out of my plateau and helped with body composition (more muscle toning); more weights less cardio; tracking and reducing hidden sodium. I did recently change up my arm workouts bc i couldn’t work my abs after surgery - happy to share/connect offline anytime if you ever want. My wellness IG is @loveyoulivewell or I can send my email 💪💕
