yesterday, started the day with yoga, midday edged neighbors front lawn, she fixed me stew and salad, and 2 bud lights. later, stained most of slats for deck. did some light stretching.
127.5 lb Lost so far: 49.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
