I started my low carb high fat diet 4/30/15. I keep close track of what I eat on fat secret. It is a bit of a struggle to get enough fat each day. It has not been hard to keep the carbs low, especially looking at the net carbs after adjusting for fiber.
I do super slow exercise at Nifty After Fifty. It's not their recommended regime but it works very well. I generally go about once per week. I will start walking more and keep track of my steps with a 10,000 per day goal.
My initial goal is wt below 185 lbs by Augut and below 179 by Sept. I want a flat stomach and to be able to leg press 3 times my weight and to be able to do pullups. My A1C is currently 5.8, my goal is to get it down to 5.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
