Windy Day's Journal, 24 November 2023

Good morning everyone! Made it thru the Thanksgiving feast without overdoing it too much. I did have a taste of each dish and it was all delicious but didn't go back for second helpings. I made sweet potato pie, and had a generous slice of that for dessert. Was so good. All in all a lovely day with family and even the weather was lovely.

Glad this morning tho to get back on track for meeting goals. And was happy to see the scale remained the same. Whew!

Hope everyone is enjoying the long weekend. Daughter and I are going to the tree lot today to get our tree. It's officially Christmastime, yay! :)
155.0 lb Lost so far: 35.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
