Pretty sure is sodium from turkey bacon and protein pancakes. Higher than i normally ingest. See what tomorrow brings. I complain about being obese, complain about being too bony, im just a complainer😂. Just would like (in a fantasy world) the scale to remain the same number once im happy with it. Wouldn’t we all though
135.6 lb Lost so far: 91.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

All the years I was a normal weight, I rarely got on a scale. I knew I'd gained a few pounds when my clothes didn't fit right. When I think back, I can't imagine how many calories we ate, but we were all thin, and very active.

Yesterday I ate lots of pasta and today I’m up 3 pounds. Water weight from the extra carbs hanging onto extra water, plus maybe a couple other factors. I laughed a little when I saw the scale. Those little fluctuations are gonna happen every day forever and it’s ok 😊

That is an issue for me too. If I go out to eat, and it does not have to be a really large amount, the next couple of days I gain 2 - 3 pounds. Drives me nuts. It is the salt. I am fighting it today over a 1.5 cup serving of "unstuffed cabbage" and the bottom of a container of shelled pumpkin seeds. I went from 203 to 207+ in one day, and am back in the 206 range today. It just has to filter out over a few days. Ugggg !! Hang it. It will go away.

Shir i didnt use the scale for most of my late 20’s and mid 30’s. But after that if i didnt weigh daily it would go up and when i would get into bigger clothes i would weigh and get myself back in check. Lot of yo-yo over 20 pounds.

It will be ok in a couple of days. You got this! Funny thing about your post ..I was just thinking the same thing about myself yesterday. Complainer Diana, that's me...I read all these posts where people are going through serious issues and I'm complaining about the 2.8 lbs I've gained. I hope I don't come off as shallow because I truly feel for all of the folks on this site. YOH, you have been through the ringer with your surgery. I think recovery is becoming easier but I feel for you and know you are trying to meet a goal. Keep up all your hard work, you look amazing! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

Diana i have a suspicion that of all the wonderful caring people on fatsecret i am most like you in regards to being hard on myself where the scale is concerned. Wish i was more like you in the desire to workout tho. Happy Halloween pretty girl

YOH, I'm too focused on the scale. I am very hard on myself. I'm just scared to regain what I've worked so hard to lose! ( as I suspect you are as well) Happy Halloween and thanks!!💜💜

Diana thats it exactly!!!!! Even tho i know i need to put a couple of pounds back on (muscle 5 pounds tops) i dont want to see that scale change. When oh when will we be normal😂

I only weigh once a week now due to daily fluctuations. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Storms, I weigh twice a week unless I have a substantial gain. Then it's back to everyday. Not a good plan!

I weigh daily. A little up or down over 24 hours i know if ive eaten out of my woe. But like today, day 3 im up 2 pounds time to crack down and be a bit more diligent. The sodium i think this week. This stops me from going up 5 pounds in one week which will take me a month to get off.
