Well it happened again. 45 minutes with trainer and straight to hotworx FIIT cycle class which is only 15 minutes and they are right next door to each other so literally 2-3 minutes between each. Finished cycle and promptly threw up about 16 ounces of water and bile. Empty tummy fortunately. So going to have to ease off going straight after trainer session. Apparently too much intensity. On a brighter note did BOSU holding squats BOSU hop lunges (which are not graceful let me tell you) and BOSU planks chasing a marble around trying to land it in the center. I so love/hate my trainer. My bum is burning my legs were shaking. Ended with leg press and inner/outer. Then to hot cycle. All in all a good day. Only walked a mile there and back so still have 4 mile walk ahead of me today with the furry babies. It’s a rare gorgeous day here in the rainy Pacific Northwest so no excuses. (My inner fat kid is telling me to take it easy lol)

Invisalign installation today 25 years after extensive orthagnathic surgeries and full round of braces. Same orthodontist who was the junior ortho to my orthodontist taking care of it. Required due to injury sustained in loss of consciousness September 2022 knocking my teeth sideways. Decided to get it fixed. Damage not really apparent to anyone but myself but my jaw is now no longer aligned higher on left side than right due to landing on travertine floor on left side of face. I can definitely feel the difference with the appliances in. Right side doesnt meet left side is full of a kind of pressure. Hopefully 6 months may be as long as 18. Most likely 12 tho. Will be glad when it’s over. They must come out every time i eat or drink anything but water and be cleaned and put back in. 23 hours in mouth is the goal per dr. Day one.

Met with nutritionist today for 60 minutes. Takeaway: high LDL may be (although genetic factors) due to repetitive trauma over past 18 months. Repetitive surgery and long recovery on last one with 11 hour anesthesia time not great. Also carbs can contribute tho not in my case. I had never heard carbs were a problem with LDL. If too high of a quantity  She is sending me a summary of our visit and recommendations tomorrow. Specifically she is concerned with my biome health, bio-availability and probiotics from non dairy sources as i have struggled with healthy bowel movements since altering my diet and cutting out the high fat foods in July 2022. Im managing to get something out every day so I didn’t realize im seriously close to a bigger problem. Given my mom struggled with bowels, had to have a bowel resection when she was a couple of years older than me and struggled for decades till her passing i guess it shouldn’t be so surprising. What is surprising is that eating crappy i had no issues. So thats my takeaway from today’s appt. Follow up in a month.
