Back to my regular foods and off comes the weight. Nice!

188.8 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just finished a sodium cleanse after easter and lost 5 lbs. in 3 days. You like that one CR? :)
