Wednesday weigh-in: I gained, but expected to, as I was out of town last week. I ate all kinds of food that I don't ordinarily eat and enjoyed every single bite!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
