Yikes this is the highest fluctuation yet. Only got 3 hours sleep so weighed earlier than normal but still…….
135.6 lb Lost so far: 91.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh yeah! I noticed that too. You'd think you'd weigh less because you should burn more calories awake. The body is weird and wonderful!

I think im always heavier when i lose substantial sleep. It is weird.
