I take it almost every night. Along with magnesium. I just realized your user name 2023 is the year of health! Looks like you started where i was. I look forward to catching up to you and good health for 2024 too!

Jenjabba i started July 12, 2022 when i had total hip replacement. Was 227 day of surgery. Came out able to walk carefully with less pain and was in a state of amazement. Pushed myself to do everything and more surgeon asked me to do and, as i was off work for 90 days for recovery, used this as a tool to change my woe and try and get healthy again. In one year my life is back where it was before i got sick which has now been nearly 10 years ago. I feel like im in my 30s again. Im excited for you. Time flies and as we get older we cant take health for granted we have to work to be healthy. That’s the secret that most of us dont know when we are young. God bless and good thoughts your way.

Saran, i was so out of it yesterday with the lack of sleep. Felt like i was walking thru water. I drink magnesium every night and try and avoid taking Benadryl or other sleep aids but crap losing sleep messes up everything. Im up about a pound which i think has more to do with lack of sleep than food intake. Hope you got better sleep. I slept off and on all day yesterday and slept well last night. Insomnia sucks.

Benadryl has the opposite effect on me, make me restless instead of sleepy. Lately I've been up half the night and sleeping all morning, trying to get back on schedule. Hope your sleep patterns get better.

Try Ashwaganda before bed; it's helping me, along with magnesium.

Shirfleur i have suffered from insomnia since i was a very small child . Childhood trauma started it i suppose but it has plagues me my entire life . It affects my daughter as well tho she had no childhood trauma she always had a hard time sleeping.

I am trying to go to sleep later to stop me waking at 3am every morning.. This time of year it'd hard for me to stay awake after dark. This morning I was happy to wake up at 4!

Fritzy i go to bed around 11 pm and am usually asleep by midnight but always awake between 1-3 am. Also the call of nature these days interrupts my sleep a few times a night.
