Well I've lost 2 lbs this week, but seem to be stuck here for a few days now, so I decided to list it. It is what it is - such a dumb phrase, but sometimes it's all you can say. I'm still tracking, trying to keep calories below 1400 & still having trouble walking. I did the stationary bike for 35 minutes & am just trying to NOT sit on my butt watching TV today. I'm on the computer instead, LOL! Hope everyone has a great day!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have a Cubi that I force myself to use whenever I'm watching tv or on electronics. I don't burn many calories but it definitely keeps circulation going and I love it makes zero noise.
