Glad to see the scale edging ever so slowly downward.

I didn't sleep well last night and all I have wanted to do today has been snuggle up and read a book. I should go walk the dog, who also seems to enjoy being lazy today! :)

My goal is to work on getting more veggies into the meal plan this week.
174.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
