did yardwork yesterday and enjoyed a beer with our dear 82 yo neighbour. no other exercise as still recouperating from Rollerblading 4 miles on Wed. feeling better today.
136.6 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
