up a couple pounds, then down a couple pounds, feeling healthy is the true goal
193.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

(@ Shrew) , I've been very busy on the political front. The last several months have been a whirlwind and I know it's not going to get any slower. We have a primary coming up.
