Breakfast….wasn’t as good as I expected after a 44 hour fast…lol…
285.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I would think a piece of cardboard would taste like filet at 44 hours! 😆 Sorry it didn’t live up. That would have been disappointing.

wow that's too much. After that break I would can eat something really small and neutral (like oatmeal)
