Slow and steady progress 💪🏽. I was slacking for a bit. My injury tested the best of me. Got a bit depressed but slowly getting back to it. LET GO!!!!!!🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

I'm thinking not so much slacking as regrouping and catching your breath. I've done it several times. Not a bad approach to major lifestyle revamping. Your brain and your body will sync up and will seem right again.

You are doing great. Keeping a positive attitude is very important. Injuries and illness are going to happen. That's not a failure. It's just life. I'm proud that you aren't letting it get you down.

I can totally understand how you feel. It's very difficult trying to lose while injured. I've found, when I feel down about not being able to do what I could before, that 1 pound is better than nothing and will still bring me closer to my goal. Best wishes for a speedy recovery!
