Happy to see a loss. With cooler weather, increased activity and holiday temptations, I struggled with dialing in the right amount of calories. Cookie and cake temptations were filled by eating more fruit and consciously paying attention to my fullness factor.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
