Not too bad all things considered. Now the push comes in. Last year when I hit my low, 223, I relaxed and gained #10. Not doing that this years. Goal between now and Thanksgiving is to get 20 220. May not achieve it, but secondary sub-goal is to get lower than 223. Let’s do this!
229.2 lb Lost so far: 64.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
