😬. Ok, yesterdays was actually worse, but was hoping for a better bounce back. Oh-well! 😉still working to get to 225, or below, by next Fri.
227.2 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

YFritz!!! 😀😀😀. Great to see you!! Are you still in Japan or have you returned? I hope it was a GREAT trip. I am doing well, as you have noted the weight has come off. Learning how I am able to sabotage myself so need to be alert in the future. Darn carbs!
