Big scale 137.8, small scale 137.5. Very powerful thunder/lightning storms early this morning, but turned into a very beautiful Memorial Day. Elliptical tonight: Steps: 1364 Cals: 256 Mins: 30, Cool down backwards: Steps: 214 Cals: 44 Mins: 6
137.5 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
