Big scale 137.2, (BMI 29), small scale 137.5. Cleaned weeds out of front right garden, cultivated vegetable garden, planted flowers, planted tomato plants. Did not get on the elliptical tonight, but did do both am/pm yoga.
137.5 lb Lost so far: 39.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
