Big scale 139.4, small scale 139.5. Had trouble sleeping last night and up early. am/pm yoga, mowed front and lower lawns. Weeded front left garden and planted yellow daisy's. No elliptical tonight.
139.4 lb Lost so far: 37.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
