I DID IT!! walked for 31 min today and believe me that the first time ive walked for exercise in over 2 years, Im PROUD of myself, i could not have done this back in may.WOOOOHOOOOOOO
288.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
