142.5 small scale, 142.6 big scale. Yet another gloomy, rainy day. Watched all the shows I DVR'd over the past couple of weeks. Elliptical: last night... Elliptical Steps: 1270, Cals: 245 Mins: 30. Step backwards slower: Minutes: 8, Steps: 308, Cals: 61.
142.5 lb Lost so far: 34.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
