I really enjoyed AM yoga... good way to start the day. It was dismal out until late afternoon. Hubby and I met his mom and sister for an early dinner to celebrate Mother's Day and hubby's birthday. Decided to take tonight off from exercise.
142.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
