Hubby's 67th birthday. Dismal out again today. Rinsed some dirt and pollen off the car and ran a few errands. Stopped at Town Hall but they were closed at 2:30pm on a Friday afternoon. What's up with that? Elliptical Steps: 1600, Cals: 303 Mins: 36. Cool down Minutes: 7, Steps: 235, Cals: 49.
142.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
