Oh no, as I began to read your symptoms I said to myself “that sounds like the C19 I got last month”. Take care and rest well.

I just recovered the worst was soar throat and being out of gym for 2 weeks being isolated with people you live with for that long cause everyone had it ya realize how much you can't stand each other 😂 I've tested negative twice since but still fighting sinus ear infection but the minute I had negative test I was back at gym first couple days I took it very easy was,a bit shortness of breath but my second week back now and I'm full force just rest and drink lots of water take vitamins and stay away from processed foods good luck prayers for a quick recovery

TJ, hope you are feeling better quickly. Had it over Thanksgiving 2021 & for a couple of weeks afterwards, but a relatively mild case. So got a lot of empathy for you. Stay focused and be well. Tom 

Bionic- thank you! I am definitely on the backside of this. The headaches and the flu symptoms were worse than the first time, but am through them. Now just a bad cold. Thanks for the support!
