Sometimes I don't get it. I have a little unexpected weight gain this morning in spite of eating well and exercising. I'm still in the green so I'm thankful for that...
169.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's ok John, sometimes it can be due to a little water weight.. or muscle build...You are doing just fine...do not get discouraged.. Keep eating sensible and it will come off...:D

The body is a machine, so weight loss isn't linear. I have to remind myself of this everyday!!
