Had a lot of trouble getting to sleep last night... just couldn't get warm. Was tired off and on all day. Got some laundry done. The new scale was more reliable this morning. Must take awhile to settle down. Only did the elliptical for 10 minutes this evening, 384 steps and 77 calories. Just needed a break and my right knee's been tender.
143.4 lb Lost so far: 33.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
