New scale, different reading each time. Old scale 144.0. Went to CH for bloodwork before 9am. Busy there but out in 45 mins. Son stopped by and did some measurements for the deck. Then quick trip to Home Depot. Fill car with gas on the way to Chiropractor. Home now and ready for lunch. Flax pancakes this am were awesome! Steps 1486 for 30 minutes, burning 271 calories, some HIIT and then maintained mid 50's to end of 30 minutes. 5 minute cool down, 33 calories, 158 steps.
144.2 lb Lost so far: 32.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
