Rain today. Up at 8am. Weigh on new and old scale. Old:144.5. New:144.6, BMI:30. Calories:2166 (way too many). Need to stay between 1200 and 1400. Finally did am yoga and few other exercises. Today turned out to be a really crazy day. There was a power outage last night. Neighbors were without phone and internet. Our phone was working, but no internet. I decided to reset the modem and router and the router wasn't getting power, so I think the power pack must have been zapped when the power came back on. So I replaced the surge protector and router... back in business. Lumber for the deck was also delivered. For my workout tonight I decided to try HIIT. Once warmed up I did 60 steps as fast as I could, then 60 easy steps. Steps 1638 for 34 minutes, burning 300 calories, then 182 steps, 5 minutes, 39 calories.
144.5 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
